You can check your current plan from your profile by selecting Edit Profile > Subscription. To change your subscription, you just need to click Upgrade my plan. Remember that you should only downgrade the plan at the end of the subscription period, monthly or annual. If you do it before, no payment of your subscription will be refunded.
If you cancel your subscription before your next renewal, you will have access to all the features of your plan until the expiration date of your account. There are no refunds.
We want everything to be as easy as possible for you! For your convenience, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile, by selecting Edit Profile > Subscription > Cancel subscription. You will continue to enjoy the features of your plan until the subscription period ends.
Don’t worry, the intellectual property of your videos will always be yours. You can take them with you and export them with an iFrame code or a SCORM package wherever you want (to your website, online campus, social networks, etc.) to always continue enjoying your creations. At HypermediaLAB we will keep a private and confidential copy for one year in case you want to retrieve your videos or activate their playback as soon as you subscribe again.
